I just wanted to tell you how happy we are with our new home. Before we decided on Wyngate, we looked at several new communities in Overland Park and Leawood. We chose Wyngate because we saw that these are well-built homes that used high quality materials. We liked the fact that all the homes had stucco finishes on all of the exterior sides. We really liked that these houses had the latest features such as iron spindles on the staircases, walk-in showers, dark-stained cabinets, frieze carpeting, oil-rubbed bronze faucets, tile in all of the bathrooms, and a stamped concrete patio. Features like these made the houses feel elegant.
